No AI training on customer data. We do not fine-tune, distill, or otherwise train any model on your candidate data, your resumes, your recruiter notes, or your hiring outcomes. It is a contractual and architectural commitment, not a best-effort posture.

Regulated data coverage. We honor CCPA / CPRA (California), VCDPA (Virginia), CPA (Colorado), CTDPA (Connecticut), and the EU GDPR where applicable. Rights of access, deletion, portability, and correction apply to every candidate and customer record we hold.

Algorithmic fairness. Every Match Rating score is explainable at the claim level and overridable. Per-jurisdiction automation toggles are available on the Enterprise plan and roll out on Growth through the year.
