10xats (“we,” “us”) operates the marketing site at 10xats.com and a waitlist for a forthcoming product. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how to exercise your rights. It applies to visitors to this site and to people who join the waitlist.
1. What we collect
Waitlist data: the email address you enter into a waitlist form on this site, plus a timestamp and the page you signed up from.
Usage data: pages visited, referrer, and basic device information collected through first-party analytics.
Email engagement: opens and clicks on email we send to the waitlist, plus unsubscribe events.
2. How we use it
Send the waitlist email when the product ships, and the occasional review or roundup we publish. Understand which pages people read so we can publish more useful work. Detect abuse. Comply with law. We do not use waitlist email for cross-context behavioral advertising and we do not sell it.
3. Who we share it with
Subprocessors that run infrastructure or tooling for us: Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email and the waitlist audience), and PostHog (product analytics). Each is under a written data processing agreement. A current list is available on request.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share data with third parties for their own marketing. We disclose data only to comply with law or to protect the safety of users.
4. Where data lives and how long we keep it
Production data is hosted in the United States. Waitlist email is retained until you unsubscribe or until we otherwise delete the list. Unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send, or by emailing us. Aggregated, non-identifying usage data may be kept indefinitely.
5. Your rights
California (CCPA / CPRA), Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), and other US states with comprehensive privacy laws: you have the right to know what we collect, access or get a copy, correct inaccuracies, delete, port, and opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
EU / UK GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Our legal bases are consent (waitlist signup) and legitimate interest (running and securing the site).

6. Cookies and analytics
We use first-party cookies for short-lived session state and PostHog product analytics for usage telemetry on 10xats.com. You can opt out of analytics in your browser settings or by setting Do Not Track. Opting out does not disable any waitlist or content functionality.
7. Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site and the forthcoming product change. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date at the top and, where required, communicated by email.
