Terms of service.

1. What this site is

10xats publishes independent reviews of AI applicant tracking systems and operates a waitlist for a product we are building. The reviews and guides are editorial. The waitlist captures your email so we can tell you when the product ships.

2. Editorial independence

We do not take payment from vendors for placement, ranking, or wording in any review or roundup on this site. If we ever publish sponsored content we will label it explicitly inline. Reviews reflect our reading of public product surfaces, pricing pages, and documentation, plus hands-on use where we have access. Errors get corrected when reported to matt@10xats.com.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• ·Scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for other readers.
• ·Submit fake or malicious email to the waitlist.
• ·Misrepresent yourself as us or as the publisher of our content.
• ·Probe for security vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure (email matt@10xats.com first).

4. Our content

Reviews, roundups, guides, and the 10xats brand marks are ours. You can quote short passages with attribution and a link back. You can use the brand to refer to us in coverage. You cannot republish full pages or pass our work off as your own.

5. Vendor and third-party content

Vendor names, pricing, product features, and external links referenced on this site belong to those vendors. We make a good faith effort to keep them accurate and date-stamped, but vendor offerings change. Always verify on the vendor’s own page before making a buying decision.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The site and its content are provided as is, with no warranty. Reviews are opinions informed by public information; they are not buying advice for your specific situation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of the site is capped at $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist is consent to receive email about the forthcoming product and the occasional review. You can unsubscribe from the link at the bottom of any email or by writing to matt@10xats.com. Joining the waitlist does not create a contract for the product; product terms will be published when the product ships.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts in San Francisco County, California.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date at the top.
